By accessing or using the Arkhos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Waitlist Registration
By joining our waitlist, you:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Consent to receive email updates about the platform launch
- Understand that waitlist position does not guarantee access
- May unsubscribe at any time by contacting us
3. Beta Access (When Available)
When the platform launches:
- Beta access is provided "as-is" without warranties
- Features may change or be discontinued without notice
- We reserve the right to limit or terminate access
- You are responsible for backing up your generated code
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Code
You retain full ownership of all code generated using Arkhos. We claim no intellectual property rights over your projects.
4.2 Platform Content
The Arkhos platform, including its design, logo, and documentation, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Generate malicious code (malware, viruses, etc.)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
- Abuse or overload our systems
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Arkhos is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service
- We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or reliability
- You use AI-generated code at your own risk
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to GDPR compliance and data sovereignty.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
